A minimum payment is required when booking to confirm your pickup. Once your laundry is weighed, customers receive a text with any weight overage and payment link. Any remaining balance must be paid before your order is processed.

Yes. You can include preferences, fabric softeners, special care instructions, or any specific requests when scheduling your order. You also have the option of providing your own detergent. We follow your preferences carefully with every load.

Yes. Although our Essential Clean service includes 48-hour turnaround time, our Full Refresh includes next-day delivery and Premium Care service includes same-day service. Same day service must be scheduled before 12pm on pickup day.

We do not discuss, share, or make note of any garments in your order, including personal or specialty items. No problem at all. Most of our customers us contactless service. You can leave your laundry at your door or a designated location, and we'll take care of the rest. The same applies for delivery - your clean laundry will be returned safely to your preferred spot. You'll receive updates so you always know when your order is picked up, processed, and our for delivery.

All laundry is weighed at pickup using a digital scale. Your initial booking secures your pickup (minimum order), and once your laundry is weighed, any remaining balanceis calculated based on total weight and selected services. We provide clear communication before processing so there are no surprises - your order is only processed once everything is confirmed.

No. Your laundry is never mixed with other customers' orders. We do minimal sorting by default (such as separating towels or heavier items when needed) to ensure proper cleaning while maintaining efficiency. If you have specific preferences (like separating lights/darks or special care items), you can include those with your order.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept: Items heavily soiled with hazardous materials (oil, chemicals, bodily fluids). Items requiring specialized restoration or industrial cleaning.
