How much does laundry service cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing starts at $2 per pound with a $35 minimum order.

Residential Services:
Essential Clean: $2.00 per pound, 48-hour turnaround included
Full Refresh: $2.25 per pound, Next-Day turnaround included
Premium Care: $2.50 per pound, Same-Day turnaround included

Small/Business & Commercial Services:
Business Standard: $2.00 per pound
Business Priority: $2.25 per pound

LA Elite Membership: $449/month

Laundry Donation Service: 
$35 minimum for pick up
$2.00 per pound after minimum if laundry needs processing

48-hour turnaround is always included.

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

A minimum payment is required when booking to confirm your pickup. Once your laundry is weighed, customers receive a text with any weight overage and payment link. Any remaining balance must be paid before your order is processed.

Can I request special instructions or preferences?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can include preferences, fabric softeners, special care instructions, or any specific requests when scheduling your order. You also have the option of providing your own detergent. We follow your preferences carefully with every load.

Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Although our Essential Clean service includes 48-hour turnaround time, our Full Refresh includes next-day delivery and Premium Care service includes same-day service. Same day service must be scheduled before 12pm on pickup day.

How is my laundry handled?

Your laundry is handled with care from start to finish. Each order is kept completely separate and never mixed with other customers' items.

At your scheduled pickup, we weigh and tag your laundry using our color-coded tracking system for fast and efficient processing. We sort, wash (cold water by default to protect fabrics), dry, and fold your laundry using consistent, high-quality standards. Every order is checked before delivery to ensure everything is clean, fresh, and returned just as expected.

Additionally, all laundry is handled with the highest standard of privacy and discretion.

All items are handled with complete discretion and professionalism. We do not discuss, share, or make note of any garments in your order, including personal or specialty items.

What if I'm not home during pickup or delivery?

No problem at all. Most of our customers us contactless service.

You can leave your laundry at your door or a designated location, and we'll take care of the rest. The same applies for delivery - your clean laundry will be returned safely to your preferred spot.

You'll receive updates so you always know when your order is picked up, processed, and our for delivery.

How is laundry weighed and priced?

All laundry is weighed at pickup using a digital scale.

Your initial booking secures your pickup (minimum order), and once your laundry is weighed, any remaining balanceis calculated based on total weight and selected services.

We provide clear communication before processing so there are no surprises - your order is only processed once everything is confirmed.

Do you wash everything together?

Accepted Answer

No. Your laundry is never mixed with other customers' orders. We do minimal sorting by default (such as separating towels or heavier items when needed) to ensure proper cleaning while maintaining efficiency.

If you have specific preferences (like separating lights/darks or special care items), you can include those with your order.

What items don't you accept?

Accepted Answer

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept:
Items heavily soiled with hazardous materials (oil, chemicals, bodily fluids).
Items requiring specialized restoration or industrial cleaning.
Delicate or high-value items without prior approval.
